Privacy policy

This page explains what data the Test Clinic website collects and how we use and protect it.

Appointment requests

When you request an appointment we collect your name and phone number, the specialty, doctor, day, time and type of visit, your insurer’s name if you choose one, and any note you write. We use them only to confirm the appointment and remind you of it. Our website forms never ask for medical details, so please don’t type them there; you discuss them with your doctor at the visit.

Your health information

What you tell your doctor, your medical record and your test results are kept in the clinic’s medical records system, not on this website, and are protected by medical confidentiality and the laws on health data. We share no part of them except with people you authorise, or with your insurer as far as billing and approvals require.

Results and messages

We send results and reminders to the phone number or email address you choose, and never send marketing messages without your consent.

Accounts and the message form

  • Patient accounts: name, email address and password (stored encrypted).
  • The contact form: your name, email address and message.

Cookies and browser storage

We use only the cookies needed for signing in and for protecting forms. Your browser keeps your choices in the booking wizard until you close the tab; none of this reaches us until you send a request. We use no tracking or advertising tools.

Retention and your rights

Appointment requests and contact messages are kept for twelve months and then deleted. You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or its deletion at any time from the contact page, and we reply within thirty days.

In an emergency, call 123

Chest pain, trouble breathing, heavy bleeding or fainting? Call an ambulance straight away or go to the nearest emergency department; our clinic does not treat emergencies.
